Effective Date: April 2026
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website and services provided by Chidanand Solar ("we", "our", or "Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access our digital platforms or engage our physical installation services in Gujarat.
Chidanand Solar provides customized solar rooftop installations, commercial solar plants, and energy consultation. Please note the following regarding our online tools:
As a Government-Approved Vendor, we actively assist our clients in applying for state and central subsidies (such as the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana). However, you acknowledge that:
Upon signing a contract for solar installation, the client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation site (roof, commercial complex, or land) for our engineering and installation teams.
The client is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of the building prior to installation. While Chidanand Solar conducts preliminary visual surveys, we are not liable for pre-existing structural flaws, internal wiring faults, or roof leaks that are unrelated to our mounting structures.
Payments: All installations require milestone-based payments as outlined in the formal client quotation. Installation will only commence upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. All materials remain the property of Chidanand Solar until the final invoice is settled.
Warranties: We provide top-tier components. The standard 25-27 year performance warranty on solar panels and 5-10 year warranty on inverters are provided directly by the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Chidanand Solar will assist in facilitating OEM warranty claims.
Maintenance: Routine cleaning of the solar panels (removing dust, debris, and bird droppings) is the sole responsibility of the client, unless a separate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is signed.
Chidanand Solar shall not be held responsible for delays in installation, grid activation, or maintenance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather events (cyclones, heavy monsoons), acts of God, labor strikes, national pandemics, material supply chain shortages, or unforeseen delays by local electricity boards.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, our website, or our installation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
